Description

These are peaks in the Mont Blanc Massif range (France). Mont Blanc is in fact in the background. The subject is the Gervasutti pillar and is under east face of mt blanc du tacul. I finished this today, I wasn't going to paint it, it was a sort of accidental decision but I'm glad it happened. Its oil on 25cmx30cm canvas board, done with knives. Hope you like it.
